It seems to be a copy of the SlackBuilds at https://slackbuilds.org/
At least some random sample that I looked at had the same version and
maintainer.

Seems like it, but there are differences. I counted 7572 on the website
and 7569 on SBo.
website: copy/paste in text editor and go to the last line
SBo: grep 'SLACKBUILD NAME:' SLACKBUILDS-15.0.TXT | wc -l
